A masterpiece in the centre of Nicosia!

Occupying a prime position, the Wargaming HQ is located on one of the most important axes of Nicosia, very close to the Presidential Palace. Topographically, the land’s boundaries are on one of the highest points of Nicosia, thus gaining the advantage of unobstructed views of the city.

The project consists of 11 floors, 3 basements, with a total height of 79 meters. Wargaming HQ was the first building in Cyprus obtaining the energy efficiency class A’ certificate.

In December 2013, Wargaming has acquired the project from Rotos Group and moved its global headquarters there.
