U Residence is the largest purpose-built student accommodation in Cyprus, providing housing to 400 students.

It features an ultra-modern design with 385 studios and 2-bedroom flats across 7 floors, as well as a selection of catering facilities that operate since September 2018.

All the rooms provide tenants with all conveniences, from an en-suite bathroom to a kitchenette and a private balcony.
