The project responds to the multi-layered needs of young couples or families by creating a residential ecosystem, an architecture of multiple organic levels, on one of the most imposing hills of Nicosia.

Through this new architectural conception, a different way of life is proposed, a new philosophy that integrates organically into people’s everyday life, light, nature, and luxury. A harmoniously designed neighbourhood, inspired by the future, which preserves privacy and allows seeing things from above and living close to the city centre.

The project consists of 6 independent apartment buildings.

On the ground floor, there is no vehicular traffic and gathering spaces are created, greenery areas, a gym, and a park for children. All parking, storage rooms and service rooms are in the basement of each building.

The 3-bedroom apartments on the ground floor enjoy a private garden and swimming pool, and all have a maid’s room and 2 parking spaces.
